Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $75.00 (U.S. only) 

We offer free shipping on all orders to addresses within the 48 contiguous states, where the product total (not including taxes) comes to $75.00 or more and the order is packaged and shipped to a single delivery location. Free offers and/or coupons cannot be combined with Free Shipping.

 

Free Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere outside the lower 48 US states.

 

A flat rate of $7.95 for all orders $74.99 or less, shipped USPS Priority Mail (U.S. only). This service includes insurance in case your package is lost or damaged.

 

The One True Soap accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from Acworth, Georgia, via USPS.  We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice or refund the product.

 

Orders typically ship via USPS within 1-3 business days (approximately), depending on where you are located.  You will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been processed for shipping. If there are any delays, you will be notified promptly.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by USPS without risk of theft or loss and you can retrieve your package immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after your package is delivered to the address you provided us. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number and let us know, emailing us at info@theonetruesoap.com, within 24 hours from the marked "delivery", to see if we can help. If you are concerned about the security of packages received at your mailing address, we recommend you provide us with a different shipping address for your order.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you will remain liable for the full payment.
